Kenny graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1994.

He represents multi-national corporations, financial institutions, medical institutions, telco, construction companies, SMEs and various ultra-high net-worth clients on debt recovery, construction claims, fraud and misrepresentation, defamation and various commercial litigation matters.

Kenny also actively advises on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, commercial and real estate transactions, and private wealth management via corporate and trust structures.

Acted in the formation of a bank credit bureau, and more recently, a telco-bureau.
Acted in the sale of a company the value of which exceeded $35M.
